LHTDesign has worked closely with owners John Kemble and Kaar Field over several years to help them achieve their long term plans for the winery design development.

Architect Steve McGavock, has developed concepts for the winery layout and all the buildings, and played a leading role on the sales / restaurant / accommodation project.

LHTDesign’s role has included cost estimating, project programming, design co-ordination and control, structural design, civil design and construction supervision.

LHTDesign and Kemblefield management have shared contract administration duties, the extent of LHTDesign involvement being dependent on the availability of John Kemble at the time of the project.

OUTCOME
