BRIEF
To provide specialist structural and architectural advice for a new winery, taking into account the client's specific brief, and the unique requirements and needs of winery processes. 

WINERY DESIGN PROJECT OUTLINE

• 25m x 7sq m barrel store, recessed into a bank.
• 25m x 12sq m tank hall.
• 20m x 5sq m administration block located above the barrel store.
• 19m x 8sq m crusher pit.

LHTDESIGN'S SCOPE OF WORKS
LHTDesign provided conceptual design advice including options and recommendations for construction techniques, materials and architectural treatment. 

A three-dimensional rendered computer model of the proposed  winery building was prepared by LHTDesign, which enabled the client to visualise the form and the interaction of spaces to better understand the design proposal.  A construction cost estimate was also supplied.

Following approval from the owner of their preferred concepts, LHTDesign prepared and supplied design documentation for the project.
 
OUTCOME
The owner was able to make informed decisions based on the comprehensive project conceptual brief supplied by LHTDesign.   The infrastructure was successfully implemented to both client and owner satisfaction.
