Five lane 25m pool with depth graduated across the pool for constant depth lanes.
Learn-to-swim pool with varying depth and seat on all four sides.
Myrtha technology pools ' padded vinyl floor in learn-to-swim pool ' fish and animal shapes on floor for toddlers to follow.
New laminated timber framed insulated pool hall inside the existing building.
Acoustic ceilings.
Separate carpeted lounge with coffee machine, auto doors, etc.
Vibrant colours.
Gas heating, heat recovery, ventilation via ceiling plenum.
High indirect light levels.
LHTDESIGN'S SCOPE OF WORKS As principal consultants LHTDesign lead the design team including John Loughnan Mechanical Engineer and Premier Consultants. LHTDesign carried out the design of all pools, filtration and treatment, building design, structural, civil and fire engineering and managed the project.
OUTCOME The SwimSchool opened on the planned date and has proven to be a very effective and well received facility.
