BRIEF We are part of the successful team that has been awarded the design and build of the new Velodrome for the Home of Cycling situated in Waikato, at St Peters School, Cambridge.
The proposal has just recently secured backing from the Regional Council and funding is now in place.

Arena - 6000m2
Bike NZ Offices -1700m2
Community Office & Reception - 730m2
LHTDESIGN'S SCOPE OF WORKS LHTDesign are providing the multidisciplinary engineering, covering structural, mechanical, fire design, building services and lighting through LDP Ltd. The scope covers the full design stages from concept through to construction monitoring on site.
OUTCOME
The Project has an estimated completion date of Sept 2012 - Estimated Build Value: Total - $27million
