LHTDESIGN’S SCOPE OF WORKS
LHTDesign provided full professional services including architectural, structural, lighting, filtration and treatment, and mechanical design.  We also handled the contract administration.

The client Horowhenua District Council provided colour consultant and landscaping services.

OUTCOME
During the construction process, the building contractor Colspec Construction accelerated the project completion by 62 days, which put considerable pressure on all parties involved.  However despite an evolving scope, the completion deadline was successfully achieved and the residents of Foxton swarmed to enjoy the new facility.
