LHTDesign provided full professional services from concept through to code compliance, including architectural, structural, lighting, filtration & treatment, and mechanical design. We also handled contract administration for the Project.
Working closely and effectively with Breen Construction and the Otago District Council, any problems that arose during the project due to the age of the existing facility were effectively and efficiently resolved.
LHTDesign is proud to be associated with the new Cromwell Swim Centre, achieving the brief requirements on time and within the agreed contract price.
The new centre is sympathetic to the existing pool facility but has incorporated the latest in materials and design techniques.
It was opened in May 2008 to very enthusiastic support from the Cromwell community.
