BRIEF
To provide designs, and prepare plans and specifications for the extension of existing roading and services to accommodate the current and future needs of the winery production site.
To maintain and update site drawings to incorporate all new work.

• New for power, phone, data, water and gas services.
• Updating site plans to show all new services.

LHTDESIGN'S SCOPE OF WORKS
LHTDesign has worked with Pernod Ricard over a number of years on the ongoing developments on the Thames Road site.  Integral to all these developments has been ensuring that roading and infrastructure services meet the needs of the winery site both now and into the future.
 
OUTCOME
Pernod Ricard staff enjoy working in an effective, functional complex with its good vehicle access, flow, and parking.  Services are functioning well with capacity for future growth.
