LHTDESIGN’S SCOPE OF WORKS
LHTDesign worked closely with the main contractor Gemco Construction to provide architectural, structural, insulation, siteworks and fire safety documentation for Building Consent and construction purposes.
Throughout the gymnasium building project, LHTDesign utilised economic design and documentation methods and maximised the use of steel frames. Practical and effective detailing was provided to suit the construction methods and to obtain the best value for money.
OUTCOME
The new complex has been positively received with excellent reviews from the Board of Trustees, staff and students alike.
The project was finished within cost expectations and time constraints as a result of the consistent effort put in by the project team.
