To carry out the design, documentation and project management for an extension to the existing Havelock North New World carpark on behalf of Foodstuffs (Wgtn) Co-op Society Ltd.

COMMERCIAL BUILDING PROJECT OUTLINE

• Achieve maximum additional parking spaces
• Design included retaining walls, lighting, stormwater, drainage, fencing and garden areas.
• Minimal disruption to existing carpark operation

LHTDESIGN’S SCOPE OF WORKS
LHTDesign carried out the site survey, carpark and retaining wall design and documentation for Building Consent application, plus called tenders and provided project management for the contract.

OUTCOME
A successful project, under original budget and on time, allowing the early use by customers for this busy supermarket.
