Extension to existing building to provide for

• Additional retail space
• Improved amenities layout (relocation of kitchen and toilets)
• Mezzanine floor for additional storage (nom 100m²)
• New meeting room
• Renovation of existing office and retail spaces
• New public entrance

LHTDESIGN’S SCOPE OF WORKS
Prepare concept design for the extension of the existing building followed by full design and documentation including architectural, structural engineering, fire engineering and building services.

OUTCOME
The completed building has been well received by the client and their customers. The alterations have met their target which was to update the facilities, give increased showroom space and improved access for customers.
