To develop a new car sales showroom on a high profile street, that incorporated a purpose-built workshop.
- Large clear span 1000sq m showroom.
- Office mezzanine above showroom of 300sq m.
- Workshop of 1750sq m at rear with pits in floor.
- A three tonne gantry beam in workshop.
- 250sq m mezzanine above workshop.
LHTDesign carried out site investigations and provided structural and fire safety design and documentation services necessary for consent and construction of the project. Construction monitoring services were also provided.
Our team liaised closely with Chapple Architects and others in the design team to ensure the construction process was effective and efficient.
