To assist the architect with construction supervision to ensure that the construction of facilities met the terms of documentation, culminating in the appropriate Code of Compliance Certificate.
The kura (school) provides Maori immersion academic and cultural education from New Entrants through to Form 7 with classrooms, marae, administration block and gymnasium.
Engineering site observation services including:
- Site development.
- Roading.
- Drainage.
- Inspections of footings / slab etc.
- Erection of structural steel and framework.
- Inspection of building construction.
- Installation of fittings and finishes.
- Fire protection.
- Building services.
Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Ngati Kahungunu Ki Heretaunga has successfully achieved the vision of its founding board, and has been positively embraced by members of the community. It opened on time and within the tight budget parameters set.
