BRIEF
To provide design and drawings for Building Consent and construction for slab, walkways and canopy taking into account the winery's standardisation requirements.

BUILDING CONSULTANCY / PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROJECT OUTLINE

• Slab with trade waste channel drainage to carry holding tanks, walkways and roof structure.
• High level walkways to suit various tank levels with handrails, stairs etc.
• Clear span mono pitch canopy roof with provision for future extension and closing in of sides.
• Canopy and walkways to match previous designs from LHTDesign used elsewhere on the site.

LHTDESIGN’S SCOPE OF WORKS
LHTDesign carried out the design and documentation for Building Consent and construction in two stages to suit programme requirements.
Stage one involved slab and drainage. Stage two, the walkway and canopy.

OUTCOME
The documentation was completed on time and issued for Building Consent and construction.

Materials and construction ensured the new elements matched in with existing buildings as outlined in the client brief.
