To design and project manage the construction of new roadways and parking areas for Hohepa Homes, Clive.

CARPARK PROJECT OUTLINE

• Reformation of existing chip seal roadways.
• Installation of new siteworks drainage.
• Construction of kerbs and channels.
• Construction of a main carpark near entry and minor carparks for Hohepa vans.
• Construction of speed humps for traffic control.
• Installation of street lighting.
• Relocation of existing effluent disposal field.

LHTDESIGN’S SCOPE OF WORKS
LHTDesign prepared plans and specifications and then applied for the necessary Building Consent, called tenders, monitored construction and administered the contract.

OUTCOME
The entrance to this residential home for people with special needs has been enhanced, and greater functionality of limited space achieved with the completion of high quality roading and carparking.
