BRIEF
To provide detailed plans and specifications for designs initially prepared by an architect, then project manage the construction.  This was the fifth in a series of similar vineyard facilities managed by LHT for this client in Hawke's Bay and Marlborough.

BUILDING CONSULTANCY / PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROJECT OUTLINE

• Elevated administration block consisting of manager's and general offices, staff lunch room and staff locker room.
• Five bay implement shed and two bay workshop with store room and office.
• Spray storage and mixing area with equipment wash-down pad attached.

LHTDESIGN'S SCOPE OF WORKS
LHTDesign prepared detailed plans and specifications, dealt with the respective local authorities, called for tenders, monitored construction, and administered the building contract.

OUTCOME
LHTDesign met the timelines and budget set for this project with the buildings finished to a high standard.
