BRIEF
To provide designs, prepare plans and specifications for the construction of a new carpark between Lyndon Road and Eastbourne Street, Hastings, and project manage the construction.

• Form complete new carpark with access from both roads with new vehicle crossings, kerb and channels, asphalt, drainage and garden areas.

LHTDESIGN'S SCOPE OF WORKS
LHTDesign prepared plans and specifications issued for consent, called tenders, monitored construction and administered the building contract.

OUTCOME
A high quality carpark was achieved within budget and timelines.
