We have forged an enviable reputation in building design. Led by two successful Directors, our Hawkes Bay based team of twenty experienced Structural and Mechanical Engineers and Draughters compete in niche markets nationally and across the Pacific Basin. We are well known in the market, particularly for the design of large scale aquatic and sporting facilities as well as structural timber design. 2011 is proving to be a busy year with a strong pipeline of work. We have a number of large and exciting projects ahead and wish to strengthen our team with the addition of:

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS Due to exciting growth in our focus market areas we need to strengthen our design team with the addition of two experienced structural engineers. We are a multidisciplinary engineer lead design office with a proven track record in delivering innovative, well considered and cost effective solutions, appropriate to our client's needs. We design an interesting cross section of both medium and large scale building projects, throughout New Zealand and the Pacific. In particular, we are specialist national providers of the following: Aquatic & Sport Facilities ETFE & Lightweight Fabric Structures Energy Efficient and Sustainable Buildings Timber Design We are looking for engineers with :- A recognised tertiary qualification (BE or equivalent) Strong analytical and technical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A sound and structured approach to design An ability to apply design skills to a range of situations and project types DESIGN ENGINEER This position will suit an engineer with fresh experience in a design office and with an excellent understanding of New Zealand design codes and design methods. We have a design team with national leadership in several areas and need bright young engineers to continue to develop our skills and help us push the boundaries. SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER In addition to the above requirements the applicant for this position will have several years experience in a consulting environment, will have an excellent knowledge of New Zealand design codes and will have lead design teams.
