Over the years LHTDesign has enjoyed working in various design teams – with architects as part of our team, or with us as part of theirs.

As design professionals, we each bring our own different yet complementary skill sets to those teams and together we have developed effective building solutions.
In all instances it is our collective aim to add the best value to the project.

The recently completed CB Norwood building in Hastings is a case in point.  LHTDesign worked closely with Duckett Architecture in Palmerston North for developer Steele Ltd, providing the structural design, documentation and other services.

Glen Hamilton of Duckett Architect believes that LHTDesign’s strength lay in our investigation of different structural options and their respective feasibility.  This was of particular value to the client, he believes.
